What we collect

For the MVP, TechE only uses what's needed to run diagnostics: your answers to questions and optional connection test results (download, upload, ping, and stability measured between your browser and our servers). History is stored locally in your browser unless you choose a paid plan with cloud saving in the future.

What we don't do

• We do not scan your files or photos.
• We do not ask for passwords, banking details, or remote access.
• We do not sell your data.

Local storage

Diagnosis results may be saved in sessionStorage and localStorage on your device so you can view results and history. Clearing your browser data removes this.

Payments

Paid features are shown in the app but not yet connected to a payment provider. When Stripe or similar is added, we'll update this page with how billing data is handled.
