Think of TechE as a tech-savvy mate sitting next to you. We ask simple questions, run browser-safe checks where we can, and explain likely causes in language you can act on.
What TechE isn't
- Not a replacement for your ISP's official line test — we measure to TechE's servers and explain what it means for you.
- Not a dodgy PC cleaner — we never push random tools or driver updaters.
- Not a replacement for professional repair when hardware or malware is suspected.
Limitations (we're honest)
From the browser, we can't inspect everything on your PC. Deep checks — startup apps, disk health, overheating — rely on your answers for now. A desktop agent is planned for richer diagnostics later.
